An alternative multi-instrumentalist duo from Derry and Donegal Ireland, Waldorf & Cannon make a little go a very long way.
With both members on vocal duties, Philip Wallace AKA Waldorf playing a Farmer Footdrum kit , guitar and harmonica, and Oisin Cannon on bass, their craft – influenced by the likes of Pixies, Devo, Link Wray, Beck and The Dead Kennedys

A Sleeping Giant:
Imagine a house party thrown by Sly and The Family Stone and Thom Yorke, where they invite The Robert Glasper Experiment and Tycho. It’s 4AM and no-one’s told them bass solos are totally inappropriate in 2019. A project born from a love of hooks and jams, equally divided between free-flowing improvisation and concise arrangements, A SLEEPING GIANT. (A.S.G) finds its release in hypnotically repeating loops, progressive dance beats, and melody-centric improvisations.
