Apple TV has announced that 12 12 12, the new heist drama starring Emmy-nominated Anthony Mackie (Twisted Metal, The Studio) and Golden Globe-nominated Jamie Dornan (Belfast, The Fall), will debut on November 13, 2026 with the first two episodes, followed by a new installment every Friday. The eight-episode series, created by Dudi Appleton and Jim Keeble (Silent Witness), is also unveiled in the first official photos.
12 12 12: The Plot and Cast of the TV Series
Each episode of 12 12 12 unfolds across three distinct timelines tied to a heist: the 12 months of preparation, the 12 hours of the crime, and the 12 days following the theft. The series follows a disgraced FBI agent (Mackie) and a professional American criminal (Dornan) as they engage in a tense game of cat and mouse across Europe. At the heart of the story is the bold and spectacular assault on a bank vault buried beneath the streets of Zurich.
In addition to Mackie and Dornan, the cast includes Jack Kesy (Task), Agathe Rousselle (Titane), Sallie Harmsen (Blade Runner 2049), José Garcia (Head Hunter) and Emmy-nominated Kali Reis (True Detective), among others. BAFTA-winning Kari Skogland (The Handmaid’s Tale) directs several episodes, including the first.
