For the couple, a new chapter of family life opens. Herrmann and Cindy also reach an important milestone: the two renew their wedding vows with a very moving ceremony. Meanwhile, Mouch receives encouraging news, while Cruz and Chloe are surprised by wonderful news during a medical check-up. But the situation spirals when Firehouse 51 becomes involved in a devastating fire. A portion of the crew becomes trapped inside the building, while colleagues outside watch the situation helplessly.
