On the occasion of the 83rd Venice International Film Festival, part of the Venice Biennale, scheduled at the Lido from September 2 to 12, 2026, Coming Soon Service renews its presence at Villa Il Nidiolo, confirming the location as an operational base for activities directed at productions, distribution, press offices and audiovisual professionals.
Situated behind the Palazzo del Cinema, the villa offers three floors and a spacious outdoor area, arranged to welcome film delegations, talent, journalists and industry professionals. It is a space designed to blend practicality with privacy, providing a functional alternative to the Festival venues for the professional appointments that accompany the Exhibition.
Coming Soon Service: Spaces and services for press activities
The indoor and outdoor spaces of Villa Il Nidiolo will be equipped to host junkets, interviews, round tables, press conferences and photocalls, with several areas that allow concurrent activities while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality.
The facility will also be outfitted with professional audio and video equipment, dressing rooms and makeup rooms, Wi‑Fi connectivity, lounge seating and areas dedicated to breaks and relaxation. To complement the offering, there will be a refreshment point with coffee and drinks and catering service available on request. The spaces can also be used for evening events organized by production and distribution companies, with private appointments and film-focused parties associated with the Festival.
Coming Soon Service: Partnerships, events and a network for cinema
The presence of Coming Soon Service at Villa Il Nidiolo will be supported again this year by a network of partners and sponsors who will contribute to welcoming guests and carrying out activities at the venue. Among the planned events will also be BeGreat, a project dedicated to highlighting young athletic talents, and Look4ward – #BuildYourFuture, an initiative created in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo and targeted at students at upper secondary schools and universities.
The project marks the start of the collaboration between Coming Soon Service and Radio Company (the broadcaster of the group Sphera Holding that brings together seven radio stations), a partnership designed to broaden access points to the festival’s narrative and reach audiences beyond the Lido. Yet the steady, ongoing activity throughout the Festival would not be possible without the support of the following partners:
Coming Soon Service reaffirms its commitment to supporting productions, distributors, press offices and audiovisual operators, offering strategic services and prestigious hospitality during the Venice Film Festival.
