The SEAL platoon led by James Reece is decimated in an ambush during a high-risk covert operation in Syria whose objective was to eliminate a terrorist target. The lieutenant commander and one comrade are the only survivors. Upon returning to San Diego, Reece begins to suffer migraines and experience terrifying hallucinations, but above all he becomes convinced that someone from within orchestrated the deadly trap. When the comrade is found dead, apparently a suicide, and the veteran’s wife and daughter are killed, Reece realizes that these were not merely survivor’s paranoia: someone powerful and influential is disposing of witnesses to bury a conspiracy; determined to avenge himself, he draws up a hit list on the back of his daughter’s drawing. Terminal List is a Prime Video series based on the eponymous novel by former Navy SEAL Jack Carr and starring the acclaimed Chris Pratt; if you’ve watched it and are now obsessed, here’s a list of titles where you can expect trained and resentful protagonists, as well as realistic military action.
