It seems that one of the younger members of the Kardashian dynasty wants to follow in her sisters’ footsteps. Kylie Jenner will enter the world of television series with a big entrance, starring in a limited series, and she will also serve as her own executive producer. The project is named ‘Bachelorette Weekend’ and will premiere exclusively on the streaming platform Hulu, according to several outlets.
The platform is not a random choice, as it is also where ‘All the Law’, the series by her sister Kim Kardashian, is broadcast and where she has particular influence. Kim will also act as executive producer of ‘Bachelorette Weekend’, contributing her experience in the thriller world to the young star so she can keep a close eye on her steps. The family remains united above all.
Bachelorette Party Murder
The plot of ‘Bachelorette Weekend’, which could be translated roughly as ‘Bachelorette Weekend’, places the character played by Kylie Jenner as a woman ready to say goodbye to her life as she knew it before getting married. And indeed she says farewell, because after a wild weekend her body is found lifeless in a pool. All of her friends become suspects in the crime, and solving the mystery will be the main hook of the series.
The key to this thriller will lie in reconstructing the events of that infamous weekend, where Jenner takes center stage as the focal point of flashbacks and connected scenes. The original script will come from Lauren Oliver, the mystery novelist who has previously worked as a writer for the 2021 series ‘Panic’.
New Challenges
This isn’t Kylie Jenner’s first foray into acting, but it could almost be considered her first real venture into thrillers. To date, her performances have largely been limited to playing herself in productions such as ‘The Kardashians’ or ‘Justin Beaver: Seasons’, along with a few occasional cameos like in ‘Ocean’s 8’.
This series would represent her first major opportunity to stand out on her own in television, without the rest of her family sharing the screen, with her performance as the central draw of the project and her work shining on its own.
