North South East West: Best TV Series Debut on Sky and NOW in Five Years

The anticipation for the new television chapter of the 883 story was sky-high. The audience data for the first two episodes of Nord Sud Ovest Est – The Legendary History of the 883, available from October 9 exclusively on Sky and streaming only on NOW, reached a total audience of 1.44 million average viewers in the first week. This represents a 6% increase compared to the debut of Hanno Ucciso l’Uomo Ragno, the first season, in 2024, and the strongest premiere of a series on Sky and NOW in the last five years, since 2021.

Nord Sud Ovest Est: gli altri numeri del successo

Record retention, namely how much of the audience that started watching the episodes continued to watch them instead of changing channels or turning off: 70%.

Also on social media, Nord Sud Ovest Est registered an excellent debut. On Sky and NOW channels it surpassed the first season across all major metrics: a 130% increase in engagement for the first two episodes, a 13% rise in impressions, and a peak of 7.6 million video views. These results confirm both audience participation and the overall visibility of the title with Elia Nuzzolo and Matteo Oscar Giuggioli in the roles, respectively, of the young Max Pezzali and Mauro Repetto.

The scheduling of Nord Sud Ovest Est continues every Friday with a new episode. In the third, scheduled for tonight, Max and Mauro, together with Cisco (Davide Calgaro) and Nemorino (Riccardo Armiento), will spend a ‘pyrotechnic’ New Year’s Eve that is nothing short of unforgettable. What does it mean to be mature? Cecchetto (Roberto Zibetti) will drop the bomb by asking for a mature piece that will push the 883 to the top of the charts and will organize a legendary New Year’s Eve party: but will our guys, recruited for the occasion including Cisco and Nemorino, ever arrive? Meanwhile, Mauro will have to confront the realization that the piece capable of giving them goosebumps already exists.
