Here’s what George O’Malley from Grey’s Anatomy is doing today
T. R. Knight, aka George O’Malley, born in 1973, hails from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Right from the start he pursued acting and after completing his studies he began performing in a number of stage productions.
He makes his on-screen debut taking part in several successful TV series with small cameos or supporting roles, among them Frasier, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. But the real breakthrough comes in 2005 with the TV series Grey’s Anatomy in which he plays the role of the intern George O’Malley and where he remains until 2009.
In the years that followed, he took part in other successful TV series such as The Good Wife, 22.11.63, The Catch, Genius, The Flight Attendant.
Currently he is focused mainly on Broadway theatre; recently he took part in the show Stranger Things: The First Shadow. On the sentimental side, in 2013 he married the dancer Patrick B. Leahy.
